We laughed and chatted and the waitress pretended to think I was only 23...so nice.
I got calamari and was happy!
My friends bright me a birthday cake and a hilarious card that screams at you when you open it, haha. Made my day. I also got a book from the series that we read, so it was so me but also for the group as a whole. Great gifts girls! Haha
My in-laws had the whole family over sunday night and we had cake an ice cream. It's always fun to hangout with the family. Plus, all the boys made plans to leave the kids with mom and pop and the couples all take a trip to wendover. Can't wait!
Jared and I haven't celebrated yet, since I haven't been feeling well. So, we are planning on it this next week.
All in all it was a good birthday and I welcome the next year of my happy life.

It is a book in a series my friends and I read. There are mysteries and in the process of trying to solve them there are some great recipes in each book. Blackberry crumble, english triffle, key lime pie are just a few of the book titles and recipes for each are in the books. Plus lots more! SO fun to read and discuss while enjoying recipes from the books.
