This silly little pop-up toy has within its plastic casing, magic. The ability to calm and entrance kids ages 0-10! No lie. There is something about this toy that makes it calming and entertaining. A coveted toy in groups and beloved alone.
And I snagged it for .50 cents.
Sometimes it is the little things that make the difference.

Those are awesome! I was looking for one of the old Fisher Price record players the entire time I was raising little ones. Now they aren't so little anymore. :( But as I get closer to grandma-hood.... in many years.... I plan to get my hands on one for the grandkids!! Can't beat good OLD toys!!
We have this in purple!!!! I think there's a marker cap stuck in it though...also a carrot stick got shoved in there, and I don't remember ever getting out...soooooo it's probably still there! I would LOVE to have one of those old record players!!! Last time I saw one was in the Bradshaw ward nursery in AZ though.
