I understand my absence has been hard. I know that you are sitting there with an expectant look on your face at the idea of me posting a new blog. Visions of great stories about cute boys I met at the new theater in town, or the surfing and rocking climbing and my soon excursion to the wind tunnel to simulate skydiving. I know the giggles that you were so desperate to let out at the total and complete lack grown-up-ness I share regularly. I know you are desperate for just a scrap of this single gals exploits.
Yeah, uh-huh, sure.
Well, dear friends of mine, you will have to wait another day. I have been a busy bee and my computer had/has some problems at home that are not allowing me to share my rapture and giggles with you. But, don't give up on me yet. There will up-dates and giggles soon.
Count on it.

Yeah. Uh-huh. Excuses, excuses, Nikki!!! Come on now. Even I have been able to come up with a better excuse that I am recovering from illness and preparing for surgery next week. "My computer is down". I have heard that one so many times.

Come on now! I am being honest, ask my mom. She will back me up. Really! ha ha ha I really am having issues with that and have to reboot all my software and do all my updates...it is just crazy! but I will be prepared soon for a good post.

Because of your lack of up dates, I was forced to emerse myself in a teeny bopper book, all though it was very good, I preferr your real life exploits. So I will continue to wait on the edge of my seat for the details of your swinging single life.
