Girls Night, Interupted

So we had a girls night. 5 of us friends went out to dinner at Texas Road House and enjoyed every minute of it. My new low carb lifestyle was decently handled by ordering salmon and a salad with no dressing. I had one bite of the rolls I got and brought the rest home to Jared. Yummy!

Then we decided to go bowling. Which was awesome. One of the girls bailed on us so Jared came along. We had a blast! Not to mention that we won some free bowling. So nice!

I have been so busy lately that I forgot how fun it can be to be able to just laugh with your friends and act goofy. I needed that so much!

Birthday Bowling

Bowling was a blast! I have some great friends who made this a great day for me! Not the best picture of me but remember I hadjust bowled for the last two and a half hours. And Logan even let me win one.

As you read this, I will be somewhere in the Salt Lake Valley enjoying my temple 5k. Pictures to come.

I'm a Bowler

So, I am a bowler. I love to bowl. Love it. In fact, I have my own ball. Yeah, that is right, my very own bowling ball, with finger holes drilled specifically for my fingers. It is wonderful. I took a couple bowling classes a few years ago and loved it. I just haven't had time to keep up on my bowling so much, until now.

Logan and I have taken to bowling once a week. It is wonderful! Once a week we bowling about 20 games a piece. We found an alley that gives us unlimited bowling a few nights a week, so we for a flat fee, bowling for a few hours a week.

Logan has gotten much better at his curve ball and we are both consistently getting better. Infact, I even beat Logan not long ago. I was so excited and I had to share what the score board looked liked at the end of this game.

News

Well guys, here is the dating update. Oh the stories I will tell!

I went out with a 42 year old last week, it was lunch. He is a nice guy and all, but the 42 was a little hard to handle for me I think. Just not really sure about it. We are going out again,because we did have fun, but I am not sure...I will keep you updated.

I am going out with a 38 year old, nice guy, we get a long great, but I am not really sold on him either. We chatted about Star Trek and such, which I love! But, I don't know. I'll let you know.

I am also getting to know a 23 year old. Hm...I like him a good deal and it is really a lot of fun, but I am not making commitments at the moment.

So yeah, those are the three that are floating around in my world at the moment. Plus a few random guys, but these are the big ones at the moment. I am having a blast just having fun and flirting and letting them flirt...oh, seriously, I can never hear enough how "cute, beautiful or amazing" I am.

Last night Logan and I went bowling and happened upon a flat fee bowling night. So you pay the $10 and you can bowl as much as you want. So, Logan paid the lady and we bowled 11 games! IN A ROW! It was awesome. It was fun to just work on our games and just enjoy a no stress evening. I have really improved my game and had the highest score of the evening with 3 spares and 3 strikes in ONE GAME! Amazing. I love it. Logan almost has his curve down and scored his best game bowling left handed. How fair is that? But it was good to just hang out with my best friend and do something we love. We are really just practicing up for when we join the bowling league.

Well I am super busy with a mid-singles volleyball night (love volleyball!),girls night tomorrow, and super saturday on saturday (who'd have thought it!) and a hockey game too. Whew...and that doesn't include the dates...haha. But I will try to post some stuff in the middle of it all, but if not I will get a bunch of post up in the next week. Until then, wish me luck with the boys (or men!), and getting numbers tonight.

Oh, and by the way, two guys got my number last sunday and I got two guys numbers...so not all of these guys are onliners. Just wait til you see pics...you are gonna love it!

The Night of 4 Strikes

Today, I changed the oil in my car. Logan helped, because I wouldn't do it by myself the first time. But, we got in there and changed it and filled up the washer fluid, put the plates on, and we got my car done! I am so happy. I know it sounds like I am 16 with my first car, but 5 months of being without a working car and the miracles that happened to put me where I am now, led me to this. I am so grateful that Logan knows about cars and has been able to impart his knowledge of them to me. Before I know it, I will be changing the oil all by myself. I want to know as much as I can about my car and how to do the basic maintenance on it. One, so that I know it better and two, I think it is a good thing to know about your car. I oddly liked getting under the hood and doing the little things. Getting all greasy...don't worry though, I'll leave the big stuff up to the real mechanics.

I went bowling this evening with Tricia and Logan, man I love bowling! The first game was awesome, I beat both Tricia and Logan and had 4 strikes! The second game wasn't as great for me, a couple spares and no strikes and Logan beat me. But it was fun and I even got to bust a move in the lanes.

I know I have said it a lot lately but I am so grateful for all I have been blessed with lately. I have been given so much. I am so grateful for all those who have helped make my life so full and have been the hands of the Lord in my life. I am more blessed than I can begin to tell you. I just want to express my gratitude for prayers, good thoughts and help I have been given by those around me who love me so much. I know I am loved and I know how important I am in the lives of the those people. I am grateful for shoulders to cry on, words of comfort and arms wrapped around me. I am so blessed and I couldn't ask for more.
