At work just now I was chatting with my boss about some work things when she ran into her visting teaching list.
Boss: "Oh, I have to do my Visiting Teaching!"
Me: "Oh, me too. I am luck though, I visit teach my friends, so it is easy."
Boss: "I visit teach a stay-at-home-mom and a teacher. When do I have time to see these women? By the time I get home at night they are putting kids to bed."
Co-worker: "I should do mine too."
and the conversation went on. Only in utah can you and your co-workers have drawn out converstations about visiting teaching (for all my non-LDS friends, VISITING TEACHING is when a couple of women come and say hello see how you are and share a quick inspirational message. This happens once a month {ideally}.) and your take on the message for the month, which we did.
Utah has it advantages.
