Re-making Candles

I like to use things until they are gone. I like getting my money's worth. So candles can make me crazy. Sure, they smell good and create a great mood sometimes, but you always end up with extra that just doesn't burn right. Drives me crazy!

So, a while back I started re-using my candles. I stick them in lightly boiling water and make them liquefy then add new wicks and presto, new candles. I try to do this every month or so now, my hubs loves candles and would like to always have one burning. So, we go through a lot.

It's just one more way to get my money's worth. And with gas prices going crazy, it is one way I help save our penny's.
