So working in HR has really taught me a lot. I have learned more about some things that I have ever wanted to know. Today I got an earfull. But this is the thing I had to share.
A guy walks into the office to turn in the last bit of his new hire paper work. He has chatted with me each time he came in. Today he asked if I was smiling and if I was married. that is when it hit me...he was hitting on me. Yikes. Now, seeing as I have a new "friend" I wasn't even thinking about that! I told him no I wasn't married (insert the What-was-I-thinking comment here). He asked if I was single and out looking...I said that I had lots of guys hanging around in a moment of panic. He said, wow, a popular girl...I like that...
WHAT?! I was not interested for a palethera of reasons...but what? I turned him down three times. Finally he left the office but...I was left feeling slightly flattered and slightly wierded out. of the life of the single girl...

Wow, look at you breaking hearts all over the place. Isn't that always the way though, you go through a dry spell and think no one is interested in you and then the second you get a boyfrined they are like termites coming out of the woodwork!
ha ha ha! it feels like that is the way it happens. you have the giddy-as-a-16-year-old-after-a-first-kiss glow.
Nikki, I am sorry to say but the hitting-on-shenanigans don't stop after you are married, they just become more perverted and bizarre. I once had a guy ask me for my phone number as I was pushing Josh in his stroller and the dork was holding his own child. Ew!
So how about some more info about the cutie who is making you glow?
ha ha ha, between my mom and Liz, I will get questions forever! But I will answer then, not to worry. I will.
