Today I give thanks...for a family who, though far away, loves me. For friends who encourage and inspire me. For all my blessings, I am truly grateful.
My Thanksgiving Feast of Sushi is now done and the glazed pears are just around the corner. I truly hope that all of you, my dear friends and family, are enjoying a joyous and truly magnificent day.

Sushi for Thanksgiving, I don't know that I approve. I am not a big fish lover. No turkey, really? I love the christmas decorations, good job with the stockings they look awesome.
