I love everything yellow.
I would live in a house all decked out in yellow, from floor to ceiling if I could. I like yellow bags, jewelry, food...everything yellow! I can't get enough. So I have been looking around at great yellow pieces to add to my collection when I came across this AMAZING bag, I just wish I had the $41 to shell out for it. Believe I would do it if I wasn't about to spend a fortune fixing my car. Ugh. Takes all the fun money to have a working car.
Isn't this to die for? If anyone has a spare $41 dollars they want to spend on me, this would be an acceptable thing to buy. You can go check it out yourself here.
While enjoying some window shopping on Etsy, which is a wonderful place to find some great stuff, I came across this lovely little vintage yellow egg dish.
Now I know that it seems dumb, but I have been searching for one of these things at DI, yard sales and ebay, with no luck. And then I found it, popping up first thing at a great price of $2.50! I couldn't say no. I will add to my bedroom re-do nicely.
And for $5, you can't go wrong.
These are my two beautiful finds today on Etsy. Between the two jobs I think I deserve a few minutes window shopping.

I will confess, I still don't like yellow. That is on me. I do own a yellow shirt, but it drabs my face. I am sure if I found the right shade it would work, but like I said, it is just not me. I have been enjoying purple for a while. Hey, it's a step up from blue, right?! Score on teh egg dishes! Good job, Pepper!!! (Sorry, been thinking of that a lot lately)

Isn't it funny how a color sometimes takes over? I didn't even realize how much red I have popping up in the new house.
I'm planning on light yellow walls for the majority of my kitch/dining room. I'll think of you while I'm painting :)
