I know Liv will enjoy this...a couple times a week we do Yoga or Tae-bo with the kids at the gym. They are so much fun to watch! They love the Yoga and I just couldn't help taking this video and sharing it. This particular day was ABC Yoga, but all of the Yoga Kids movies are great and I want a set for the kids I might have one day, or at least to do with my nephew.
