We Can Do It!

So, we bought 25lbs of peaches, some canning supplies and off we went.

We did about:
13 quarts of peaches
10 pints of peach jelly
1 1/2 quarts of peach syrup

I haven't canned in years do it was interesting doing the first batch. after that it was easy going though. It was great to spend the day with my sweet husband who was right there all day helping. Everyday I realize how lucky I really am to have him forever.

So, peaches done, pears are next. Can't wait!
